Terms of service

Last updated November 7, 2026

1. Using wildgr

You need an account to upload tracks and render videos. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for all activity on your account. You must be old enough to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

2. Your content

You keep ownership of the tracks, clips, and images you upload. By uploading, you confirm you have the rights to use them and grant wildgr a limited license to process, store, and render them solely to provide the service. We do not train models on your uploads.

3. Rendered videos

Videos you render are yours to publish, monetize, and modify. If your plan includes a watermark, the mark must remain visible on published output. Removing or obscuring watermarks on free-plan renders is a breach of these terms.

4. Acceptable use

Do not upload content that infringes copyright, depicts unlawful activity, or violates the rights of others. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass rate limits, or use the studio to generate deceptive media. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

5. Plans and billing

Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. Credits reset each billing period and do not roll over. You can cancel at any time from Settings; access continues until the end of the current period. We do not provide refunds for partial periods except where required by law.

6. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Renders may be queued during peak periods. We may change features, limits, and pricing with reasonable notice.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical. On termination, your uploads and renders are deleted according to our retention policy.
