Privacy policy

What we collect
Account details (email, name, hashed password), billing identifiers from our payment processor, the tracks and clips you upload, rendered videos, and basic usage events such as render starts and failures.
Why we collect it
To authenticate you, render your videos, enforce plan limits, provide support, and detect abuse. We do not sell personal data or share it with advertisers.
Uploads and renders
Your media is stored in encrypted object storage and processed only to produce your videos. Rendering workers access files transiently and do not retain copies after a job completes.
Cookies
We use a small number of first-party cookies for session authentication and theme preference. No third-party advertising cookies are set by the studio.
Retention
Account data is kept while your account is active. Deleting a project removes its uploads and renders from active storage; backups expire within 30 days. Deleting your account removes all personal data within the same window.
Processors
We use infrastructure, storage, email, and payment processors to run the service. Each processor is bound by a data processing agreement and may only handle data on our instructions.
Your rights
You can access, export, correct, or delete your data from Settings. Depending on your jurisdiction you may also have the right to object to processing or lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
